Shipping of Goods

When an order is placed, it is your responsibility to make sure the address you enter via the checkout process is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you make a mistake or do not inform us of any changes. Purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As part of the delivery process we require a contactable telephone number (for the courier company to contact you) before item is shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes as in most cases (depending on product/value over $150) you will need to sign for your item.  Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next working business day. Generally orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

In situations where greenhouses require freighting to regional areas the customer may be required to collect the goods from the nearest depot of the courier company the product was dispatched with. 

Some large consignments require additional assistance to unload using a HIAB truck. This is not occurring on every consignment therefore we do not want to add this additional charge to every customer’s freight quote at the time of purchase if this does not occur however do need to make you aware. One of the main reasons a HIAB charge can occur is if the courier advise the area is not suitable for a standard unload or the freight is too big for the standard pallet jack, There is an additional charge for the HIAB delivery if required, we will do what we can to avoid this. This charge would not be applicable if there was a forklift onsite or if you were collecting from a depot. 

Depot Collection

Please note, we only use one carrier for our Greenhouse/Glasshouse/Hot Tubs/Saunas due to the size of the freight. Depot collection locations will be dependent on where our carrier locations are, even though there may be freight couriers in your local area this does not mean it is a carrier we use or have access to. Please reach out if you would like to know what your closest depot location will be or alternatively, we will let you know upon purchase.

Storage Charges
Please be advised that the freight depot will store your order for a maximum of 48hrs upon its arrival at their warehouse. Should your order require storage beyond this period, additional charges will apply.

Change of Address / Re-Delivery Charges

Please be advised that any changes to the shipping address after your order has been dispatched will require a formal request to be sent to admin@sproutwellgreenhouses.com.au. Kindly note that depending on the timing of your request, we may not be able to change the address or the freight company may impose charges for address modifications. To avoid these additional fees, please ensure you provide us with the correct shipping information at the time of placing your order.

Additionally, if you are unavailable on the agreed delivery date with the freight company, re-delivery charges will apply. Re-delivery charges will also be incurred if the freight company is unable to access the property for delivery.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
