Australia-wide delivery for
your convenience
We ship daily (excluding weekends) Australia wide from our warehouse in Geelong Victoria. We use shipping agents who have a huge network of couriers so you can be assured you are receiving the best possible rates. Pick up is available from our warehouse in Geelong (Breakwater) and Pakenham Store. We do require 24hrs notice (1 week for Pakenham) prior to collecting.
Important information regarding our delivery services
All prices are based on delivery to your door. On some occasions, particularly in remote areas, the courier may not provide home delivery. In these cases, goods will be delivered to the nearest depot of the courier used. Purchases
from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As part of the delivery process, a contactable telephone number is required so the courier can arrange delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes, as most orders over $150 require a signature on delivery. Orders placed
on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Generally, orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. During periods of peak demand, particularly with backordered greenhouses, dispatch may take 7–10 business days. If this is a concern, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
If you would like confirmation of home delivery, please contact us prior to purchase so we can confirm availability. Larger or heavier items may require a freight quote. In these cases, you can call us on 1300 657 174 for a quote, or it can be arranged after checkout. Smaller items will be sent via Australia Post or Direct Freight.
Depot Collection
For greenhouse, glasshouse, hot tub, and sauna orders, we only use one carrier due to the size of the freight. Depot collection locations depend on the carrier’s network. Even if there are other couriers in your area, this does not guarantee access through our chosen carrier. Please contact us if you would like to know your nearest depot location, or we will advise you upon purchase.

Combined Shipping
Sometimes it is possible to receive a slightly better rate when combining a large order (orders through the cart will automatically add an individual cost per item) however, in most cases we don’t always cover what we are being charged (especially in rural areas). If you would like us to look into the options please email us at; admin@sproutwellgreenhouses.com.au with the products you’re wanting to purchase, contact details (address) and we will endeavor to get back to you within 24-48hours with a freight cost.
Pickup from Geelong & Pakenham VIC
You are welcome to pick up from our warehouse located at 55 Leather St, Geelong (Breakwater) free of charge. We operate between the hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and pick up details will be sent on confirmation of order. We can also organise for you to collect your order from our Pakenham Satellite Store Tuesday to Friday. All Pakenham orders need to be transferred from our Geelong warehouse so you will need to allow one week before collection can take place.
Greenhouses & Glasshouses
Once your order leaves our warehouse we no longer have control over when it will be delivered. We do provide tracking numbers and provide a contact number to the courier so delivery can be arranged. However, sometimes they may give very little notice or turn up without notification. If this occurs we do apologise as we do everything possible (especially if arrangements have been made prior for special requests) but ultimately it is out of our hands as we are not the courier. All consignments are covered under transit insurances so please notify us immediately should your order appear damaged.
