Products, Specifications and Content

All descriptions are provided in the best of our knowledge. Whilst every effort is made to present accurate information, any errors or omissions are purely unintentional. All weights, measurements and similar descriptions are accurate and true to our knowledge and are provided for convenience. We attempt to ensure that information on this Web Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, the information and photographs shown on this Web Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date due to new improvements being made to our designs frequently. All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this Web Site are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping of Goods

When an order is placed, it is your responsibility to make sure the address you enter via the checkout process is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you make a mistake or do not inform us of any changes. Purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As part of the delivery process we require a contactable telephone number (for the courier company to contact you) before item is shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes as in most cases (depending on product/value over $150) you will need to sign for your item.  Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next working business day. Generally orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

In situations where greenhouses require freighting to regional areas the customer may be required to collect the goods from the nearest depot of the courier company the product was dispatched with. Web Order/Freight quoted is valid for 30 days and will be reviewed at time of booking (especially applied to situations where we are storing stock at customers request).


These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping cart process. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

Sproutwell may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, product information or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Sproutwell Greenhouses. Intent to cancel must be received within 48hrs of placing order. A stock holding fee of 50% will be held after 7days due to stock allocation/administration fees/storage fees etc. Any goods that are agreed to be refunded or returned, the postage/freight will be at the consumers expense. Once returned to the main Geelong warehouse and the goods received are deemed as being in a good saleable condition a refund will be processed less any applicable re-stocking fees.

Deposits are non-refundable due to change of mind (as per ACCC ‘No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind’). Sproutwell® Greenhouses is a small family business that is now dealing with 100’s of enquiries, phone calls, emails, orders, deliveries, installations, organising and attending shows. Therefore, we have no choice but to put policy and procedures in place to meet all demands put on us. Therefore if you are unsure at all about your purchase please do not buy. Contact us first, speak to one of our sale representatives and make sure you are happy to proceed before committing.

Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping.
We ask that you email admin@sproutwellgreenhouses.com.au photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can’t accept responsibility for the damages.
Once you notify us that your product was damaged, Sproutwell will file a claim with the freight agent. Claims typically take 8-10 business days to process.

In most cases, we are able to order a replacement fixture at no cost to you as soon as the damaged item has been sighted (via photo). Replacements are subject to availability.


You must notify us by calling 1300 657 174 or email support@sproutwellgreenhouses.com.au within 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. PLEASE NOTE: It is not acceptable for refunds, credit or replacements to be offered if you change your mind make an incorrect choice or the item is not what you expected. So please ensure you select your purchase carefully.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Disclaimer

This warranty is valid from the date of delivery. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Warranties do not cover damage caused by mishandling, mis-assembly, misuse, accident or collision. We do not cover ANY damage caused by forces of nature, inclement weather or general wear and tear. We highly recommend that your greenhouse is covered within your insurance policies.  The warranties will only cover the parts deemed faulty under normal use as contained within the product user guide. All parts claimed under warranty must be sent back to us for inspection, replacement or repair. Freight costs are not covered for items replaced under warranty.

It is not acceptable for refunds, credit or replacements to be offered if you change your mind make an incorrect choice or the item is not what you expected.  So please ensure you select your purchase carefully.

Limitations of Liability

Please be advised that Sproutwell Greenhouses its directors and staff are not responsible or liable for any disregard for public safety, injuries to self or third party, general, punitive, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages and property damage.  Sproutwell Greenhouses can also not be held responsible for any injury, mishap or damages incurred during the use or construction caused as a result of using any of our products.

Use of this website

The Web Site design and all text, graphics, information, designs, logos, content, and other material displayed on or that can be downloaded from this Web Site are either the property of, or used with permission by Sproutwell Greenhouses . You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express written permission of Sproutwell™ Greenhouses.
