When an order is placed, it is your responsibility to make sure the address you enter via the checkout process is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you make a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.
Purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As part of the delivery process we require a contactable telephone number (for the courier company to contact you) before item is shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes as in most cases (depending on product/value over $150) you will need to sign for your item. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next working business day. Generally orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
All items are shipped 3-5 times per week (excluding weekends) Australia wide from our warehouse in Geelong Victoria. We use a shipping agent who has a huge network of couriers so you can be assured you are receiving the best possible rates. All prices are to your door (on a small occasion depending on your location eg; remote areas couriers may not provide that service) if this is the case they will deliver to your closest depot. If you would like confirmation of delivery to your home, please contact us prior to purchase so we can look into it for you and confirm. Larger heavier items may default to a ‘contact us’ for freight quote if this is the case you can either call us on 1300 657 174 and we will provide you with a cost or this can be arranged after checkout. Smaller items will be sent via Australia Post or Startrack Couriers.
Greenhouses- Unfortunately once your order leaves our warehouse we no longer have control over when it will be delivered. We do provide tracking numbers and provide a contact number to the courier so delivery can be arranged. However, sometimes they may give very little notice or turn up without notification. If this occurs we do apologise as we do everything possible (especially if arrangements have been made prior for special requests) but ultimately it is out of our hands as we are not the courier. If you have questions regarding this please contact us prior so we can endeavor to meet your expectations. All consignments are covered under transit insurances so please notify us immediately should your order appear damaged.
Combined Shipping- Sometimes it is possible to receive a slightly better rate when combining a large order (orders through the cart will automatically add an individual cost per item) however, in most cases we don’t always cover what we are being charged (especially in rural areas). Pick up from Warehouses- You are welcome to pick up from our warehouse located at 14 Crown St Sth Geelong (Victoria) free of charge. We operate between the hours of Mon-Fri 9am-4pm and pick up details will be sent on confirmation of order. We can also arrange for you to collect your order from our Officer Display Centre Tues-Sat for a small fee however, we will require one week’s notice so this can be arranged.
