Greenhouses are heated by the sun during the day, but unfortunately up to 80 percent of all that heat is lost overnight. Many types of heaters and heating systems are satisfactory for greenhouses. What do we personally recommend?

From researching different options and experimenting ourselves we have found a space heater, a forced-air heater and radiant heat lamps over plants or wall mounted tube heaters to be the best.

For clean and controllable heating, electricity is hard to beat, with a range of units commonly available with thermostats make the job of warming up your greenhouse very easy.
